Adam’s existing site was self-built and he wanted to update the site to better reflect his business and personality.
This project involved lots of freelancers: Frankie Tortora on the rebrand, Gareth Hancock wrote the copy and Sophie Livingstone pulling together the overall direction.
The site needed to pack in lots of different content. In particular, the Services page needed to demonstrate the breadth of work Pearson Insight can handle, without overwhelming users.
To tackle this, we broke each service into “what I do” and “what you get”. This creates a more digestible comparison of each service.
The blog follows a fairly traditional single-column layout. That said, there are plenty of design details in various elements (headings, images, etc) that reinforce the brand identity and create a warm reading experience.
Dave’s everything you’d want in a web designer: friendly, communicative, knowledgeable, creative and professional. I couldn’t be happier with my new site.
